The purpose of this survey is to assess the professional & educational needs of the North Harris/Montgomery Chapter of AACN. In order to develop the appropriate resources, chapter partnerships, and CNE offerings to meet your needs, we hope that you will participate in this survey.

It is more important now than ever to remain involved in our professional organization. Participation in our professional organization is a mechanism to support professional growth, to build life-long relationships, and to pursue innovative ways to create healing and caring patient care environments. Participation assists in fostering the national vision of AACN:
