Nominations for Board Positions - please submit by June 1st

We are accepting nominations for the following board positions. If you would like to join the board and help lead and grow the chapter please submit your nomination. If you know of someone you think would be a great board member please let us know and we will reach out to them to see if they are interested.

The following positions are available:
President-Elect
- One year term; becomes President the following year
- Active member of the chapter who serves alongside the President in order to becomefamiliar with the duties of the position.
- In the absence of the President, fill in to ensure accountabilities of the President are met
Treasurer-elect
One year term; becomes Treasurer the following year; no prior board experience required
Active member of the chapter who works collaboratively with the Treasurer in order to become familiar with the duties of the position.
Secretary
- Two year term; no prior board experience required
- Responsible for keeping the minutes and other records of the chapter
- Records all meeting minutes and distributes to the board
Communication Coordinator
- Two year term; position may be one or two persons; no prior board experience required
- Maintains chapter websites, Facebook. Works collaboratively with the Education chair to distribute flyers for monthly meetings and special events.
Conference Chair
- Leads team in development of educational events/conferences including obtaining CEs
- Work in collaboration with the Program Chair
